Technology Platform (DASH) Launch
Concept creation, copywriting, design
Client: Southwest Airlines

This project was a launch of a self-service technology platform for internal IT customer service. The launch included six teaser graphics for display on company-wide television monitors, with the concept of “Do IT Yourself”. Following the teaser campaign, the launch included marketing materials (hats, stress balls, microfiber cloths, postcards, and t-shirts), as well as banners to be displayed throughout Southwest headquarters.
