Join us on Thursday, March 22 from 7:00-9:00pm for a this hands-on workshop at Bonboni Home & Gift Co. that introduces you to modern calligraphy.

Hand lettering artist, Emma Vonder Haar, will teach the basic principles of modern calligraphy. Emma will walk you through the strokes you’ll need to create a modern calligraphic alphabet. You’ll also learn some useful drills that you can practice at home to improve your skills with a traditional dip pen and ink.

In addition to Emma’s beautiful, hand-lettered instructions, you’ll get to take home this complete supply kit:

• 2 Nikko G nibs 
• universal pen holder
• pencil 
• practice, grid, and trace paper
• Japanese sumi ink
•  ink holder
• cleaning rag 

refreshments will be served, but feel free to bring your own wine to enjoy!
